Business Services Ambassador - Full-Time, On-Site | $75,000 Annual Salary

Anchors the EmployNV Business Hub onsite, and supports the Directors of Workforce Development, who are stationed at the Vegas Chamber of Commerce and the Las Vegas Global Economic Alliance and are the Public Workforce System liaisons for the Business and Economic Development Ecosystem of Southern NevadaActs as the central point of contact for all business customers interested or seeking assistance at the Business HubProvides a short presentation (5 minutes or less) on the resources available to Employers at the Business HubsProvides detailed information on the wide range of the Business Hub tools available to businesses via the Public Workforce System, including recruitment, training and financial incentives Works in collaboration with Stakeholders to coordinate networking and business showcase/signature events at EmployNV Business Hub to create outreach opportunities and greater access for local Businesses to the Public Workforce SystemIdentify potential business development opportunities and referral sources to increase Work Based Learning (WBL) funding opportunities for Business Customers via Public Workforce System PartnersEstablishes rapport with and maintains ongoing relationships with local business customers that are utilizing the EmployNV Business HubDisseminates detailed knowledge/data of the local labor marketManages special projects and assignments related to the Business Hub as requiredWorks with an integrated, multi-partner team to communicate strategy, schedule events, and develop universal internal processes for the EmployNV Business HubReports out all required data tracking for the EmployNV Business HubsCompletes all required administrative duties including but not limited to, scheduling, and responding to telephone and email inquiriesOther duties as assigned
